The Alps on a Plate – Exploring the mountains one bite at time
I’m in the love with the mountains. Everything about them. So much so that I’ve managed to fit my entire life around them. Based in the Austrian Tirol, I spend my working hours writing about skiing and outdoor adventures both in the Alps and further afield and my downtime exploring the intoxicating mountains on my doorstep.
For me, a perfect Sunday involves hiking or ski touring to a distant mountain hut and rewarding myself with a plateful of Spinatknödel or a bowl of delicious Kaiserschmarrn.
